New Year!

So Happy New Year to you all! After a crazy busy 2015 I'm looking ahead to 2016 with excitement! It already looks be on the same scale as last year, filled with weddings, parties and some great regular venues. I'm performing at Hollands Wine Bar in Shenfield on the last Thursday of each month from 6pm till 9pm. I have been playing here for a few years now and with it's great location opposite the train station they get a lot of passing trade from commuters as well as their regular customers. On the first Thursday of each month I play in a lovely, modern rustic style pub restaurant called The Red Lion in Hatfield, Hertfordshire 8pm - 11pm. They do delicious pub food and it's such a friendly atmosphere, well worth a look if you are in that area. On the last Sunday of each month I play at the Old Brentwoods Rugby Club from 2pm till 5pm. I love it up there! They are taking it back to the old days when everyone went out on a Sunday for drinks and a get together. The beginning of the afternoon always starts very mellow with chill out live music and everyone chatting at the bar.... but it can change! I've picked up the tempo and the atmosphere has changed with people actually dancing!! A great Sunday afternoon, and it's open to non members so anyone can pop in. I also have bookings with the Rare Cow steakhouse in Waltham Abbey on one Sunday a month from March. This is a modern restaurant in the heart of the town serving the most amazing steak!
